The valet service was excellent and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance and the breakfast buffet, were all friendly and professional. The location was perfect, right across from Wrigley Field, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I especially enjoyed people watching on the balcony and the delicious cookies in the lobby. The Zachary Hotel is fabulous! The location is unbeatable, right across the street from Wrigley Field. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff was professional and helpful. The views from our room were amazing, and the drinks at the bar were delicious, albeit a bit pricey. Despite a few minor inconveniences like no coffee maker in the room and some noise from the lobby, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic stay at the Zachary Hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at this place during my recent stay. The location is unbeatable, being just steps away from the ballpark. The convenience of being able to walk to the concert venue made my trip even more enjoyable. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the check-in process a breeze. The highlight of my stay was definitely the balcony, offering stunning views of the skyline at night. The restaurants below also served amazing food, making dining a pleasure. the location, service, and amenities provided here were top-notch.

I was a bit disappointed when I booked breakfast for five people online and only received breakfast cards for two. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had a great location, close to concerts and events with Wrigley Field right across the street. The staff were friendly and professional at check-in and in the restaurant. The rooms were nothing special, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with fluffy towels.

The hotel parking was incredibly expensive with no flexibility in case of lost tickets.

The location was perfect for our New Year getaway. We were able to walk to many attractions and had a great view from our room. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed information about the area. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The air conditioning system in our room didn't seem to work properly. It would shut down during the night, and we would wake up sweating even though the temperature was set to a normal level.

We were in town for a Cubs game and stayed at Hotel Zachary for a night. The location couldn't have been better, right across from Wrigley Field. The valet service was attentive and took great care of our cars. The lobby had delicious decorated sugar cookies, a nice touch. There were plenty of great restaurants in the area for dinner. Being able to walk back to our hotel room after the game was such a convenience. a wonderful experience.

This hotel is an absolute dream for couples looking for a romantic escape. the complimentary champagne and chocolates were a pleasant surprise that made our experience even sweeter. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. the room had a fantastic view which was the icing on the cake.

The price was a bit steep, but in the end, we felt it was worth the money. the only downside was that the restaurant's patio was open to the public, which made it challenging to secure a spot to have lunch.
