Great location, just a quick walk to everything!

The executive room provided good comfort, although the breakfast was just average. Staff were incredibly helpful, with one member going above and beyond to assist. The rooftop pool offered a calming vibe, perfect for relaxation, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. However, the gym lacked sufficient equipment, which was disappointing for fitness enthusiasts.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me feeling disappointed. The shower had erratic temperature control, making it difficult to wash comfortably, and the bathroom seemed to be in need of significant maintenance. Additionally, the towels and toiletries were not adequately provided, which felt rather uncomfortable. I really expected better given the hotel’s supposed reputation.

my stay at byblos hotel was amazing! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the marina and jbr with all its attractions. the staff was incredible, especially the kind man on the 6th floor who always left me coffee. I also loved the gym. it had everything i needed to stay fit.

A Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Family Vibes!

We had a wonderful five-night stay. The English bar was perfect for unwinding after a day by the beach, and my family loved the rooftop pool. Staff were attentive and always helpful. Pro tip, ask for a room on a higher floor for the best views of the Marina!

The hotel's location is awesome! We stayed on the 5th floor overlooking the Marina, and our room was clean and spacious. The staff was fantastic. they went above and beyond. My grandson loved the rooftop pool, and the nearby Dubai Marina Walk was perfect for our family strolls.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities on-site.

but the food prices in the hotel are way too high for what you get, and the room i had was kinda noisy because of traffic outside.

I enjoyed my stay and felt safe as a solo female traveler. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the man who clean my room, always leaving coffee for me. The location offered easy access to many shops. I appreciated the rooftop pool area, a good escape after the day. However, my experience was dampened by the loud music coming from the nightclub below. I expected better comfort overall.

We had a fantastic family holiday! The reception even gave us an extra bed without us asking—made being here with kids a lot easier! And the breakfast? Every day was a feast that made getting up early worth it!
