Additionally, some of the rooms can be quite small and may not fit all luggage comfortably, especially those with mobility issues due to narrow staircases.

The room was spacious and clean. I could open my window and listen to the quiet sounds of the city in the morning, it was peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice treat, even if the room felt a bit small when busy.

Staying here with friends was great! We explored the nearby Salute and Accademia Waterbus stops which made sightseeing super easy. The cozy breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend this place for its location and charm!

Great location, very easy to get to water buses from the airport! the view from our room was incredible, close to Accademia Bridge and St Mark's Square without being in heavy tourist traffic. delicious, plentiful breakfast!

The room was super charming with beautiful vintage decor, but it was on the small side, especially for more than one person. I liked the size of the shower, but the bathroom felt a bit snug. Also, I could hear conversations from the neighboring room, which made it a tad less cozy at times. The fridge was a nice touch, though!
