This hotel was a great find for our family. The location was perfect as it was close to everything in the city, including downtown and Yale University. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail in the rooms with all the facilities we needed, including a kitchenette. The staff was always polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast was top-notch with plenty of options to choose from, and we loved the fact that we could dine in our room if we wanted to.

I was delighted to find a Nespresso machine in my cozy room at Blake Hotel. Although, I wished hotel's restaurant was open during our stay.

Couldn't fault the negative.

We stayed at a hotel for New Year's Eve. They offered us complementary champagne at check-in and a breakfast buffet in the morning. the location was great, right next to shops and restaurants. Plus, the room had a beautiful view of the city skyline.

The room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to ask multiple times for clean towels. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with anything.
