felt welcomed throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was exceptionally clean. However, during breakfast, it did take a little longer than expected to receive our coffee. Still, the ambiance was relaxing, and overall, it was a great experience.

Exceptional breakfast selection, including made-to-order pancakes and omelets, truly enhanced my mornings.

The hot water in the bathroom took an unusually long time to arrive, which was quite inconvenient.

the rooms are nice enough, but good luck with the service. the staff really seemed overworked, and the food? I had a new york burger that was more like a charred disappointment. I, of course, expected a complimentary drink or better treatment but was left feeling like a regular person instead of a guest. truly disappointing.

very friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was extensive and the evening dining experience was simply delightful with a delicious meal and perfect ambiance. the room was spacious and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The loud noise from children in the lobby is quite distracting!!! Also, the high parking prices really sting, especially considering the basic bathroom facilities and inconsistent housekeeping during my stay!!! Management could definitely improve their responsiveness to complaints!!!

During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. it simply wasn't up to par for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the food quality was disappointing. I tried the New York burger, and it was bland with a poorly charred bun. To make matters worse, I encountered rude staff whose lack of attentiveness added to the negative experience.

The room was HUGE and comfortable, with an exceptional dining experience—especially that apple crumble! ! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay!

While the complimentary shuttle service is great, the lobby area was quite chaotic, with distractions from unruly children. Unfortunately, management's response to service complaints left much to be desired.

Room key failed consistently. parking was easy.

What a surprise! My room was super spacious and the shower was just what I needed after a long flight. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when I had a late-night snack craving. Dining options were solid too, with tasty packed lunch choices. Just wish the coffee at breakfast had come a bit quicker!

the international is perfectly located near the airport and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. the staff, especially catherine, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was amazing with a chef cooking food to order, which really made our day special.

The hotel is ideally located just a short stroll from Cork Airport, which makes travel so convenient. The family-friendly atmosphere includes a lovely dinner experience enhanced by live piano music. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although I found the breakfast options a bit repetitive over several days.

the breakfast was a bit slow (we waited a while for coffee), but the room was very well appointed. loved the soaking tub and nice shower! also appreciated the friendly waitstaff at breakfast, they were so attentive and kind! !
