We spent several nights in this hotel while visiting the local area. The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities offered, the convenient parking, and the friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, making our room very comfortable. We especially loved the large shower in the bathroom. The breakfast basket delivered to our door in the morning was a convenient and tasty option. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to transportation and attractions in this city.

Not one thing.

The service at Ascend Hotel was exceptional. We were personally greeted by the general manager, Jessica, who made us feel right at home. The restaurant manager, Carly, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had amazing views from the roof lounge. The location was perfect for exploring the town. I highly recommend this hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the comfortable beds and updated, clean rooms. The large bath area was a great feature and the staff was friendly and helpful. The nearby dining options and shopping within walking distance were convenient. The rooftop bar with great views was a bonus.
