The location of this venue was perfect for what we wanted - close to many restaurants and shops. We were impressed by the quality of service provided, especially the helpful and friendly valet staff. The housekeeping was also exceptional and our room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area for relaxing.

We had a few minor issues with the rooftop bar's menu, but given how good everything else was, we still highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and amenities provided, including the option for pet amenities and valet parking.

The hotel's central location makes it perfect for exploring downtown Bristol. The friendly staff and delicious food at Vivian's table exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable with huge showers, and the amenities for our service furbaby were a nice touch.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this charming hotel. The furnishings were really nice and made the room feel more personal. The location was key, as it was just steps away from the historic museum and various restaurants and shops. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, and the breakfast was well worth the money spent.

The property itself is nice but the parking at the hotel is limited. Guests have to park in the garage across the street.
