I recently stayed at a superb historic hotel in a great location for a concert at the Palace. The check-in staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. The wifi was fast and the cable channel selection was great. The parking garage next door was convenient and reasonably priced. The bar and grill downstairs had an excellent bourbon list, and the famous Kentucky Hot Brown was not to be missed.

It was conveniently close to the International Headquarters of a Fortune 500 company, the bourbon trail, breweries, shopping, the waterfront for a steam boat ride. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that provided a comfortable stay. The staff was professional and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed. The breakfast options were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and tranquil.

The Club Level key provides access to 24-hour coffee, tidbits, drinks, and breakfast in the Club room, where the housekeeping staff refills ice and provides chocolates. Guests can also enjoy a delicious Hot Brown sandwich and engaging conversations with the bartender at the well-stocked bar.

The hotel operator was not helpful in giving directions, and there was some construction going on during the stay.

The front desk also called to check on our accommodation and the room was clean with hot water. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, and there was a parking garage nearby. We also found a nice Turkish coffee shop next door.

Our thanksgiving week was simply amazing! We were able to enjoy a mouth-watering early dinner and a delicious breakfast. We loved the club amenities with the well-orchestrated continental breakfast and afternoon cocktails. the staff were helpful and professional, always ready to give assistance. the location was perfect as we were able to witness a fantastic view of the city. the rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well-lighted, with comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this hotel.

Sadly, our stay was marred by an issue with the shower. We were not able to get hot water and had to contend with cold showers.
