Unbeatable access to San Antonio's best attractions and eateries

I had an amazing time here because you can easily walk to almost everything like the historic Alamo, which is just about 600 meters away, or explore the Riverwalk and its fantastic restaurants like Acenar and Rita's On the River that are both less than a 10-minute stroll away, making it perfect for weekend strolls to experience the city's lively atmosphere; the rooms were also really nice and comfortable, plus the breakfast was good too, but it would be even better if the windows were cleaner to enjoy the view more.

Honestly, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff barely gave us any info upon check-in, leaving us lost, and checkout was a disaster too. Just a simple tip for the exit arm would’ve saved us a hassle!

Staff was super friendly and helpful! We got a microwave when we asked for one. Right on the riverwalk, easy access to bars and restaurants. Room was spacious with a nice view. Loved the heated pool and fitness center. Perfect for our girls' weekend! Highly recommend staying here!

Parking is over $30 a day, and breakfast isn't included, which adds up. Staff was super friendly, and the location near the Riverwalk is perfect. Clean towels daily, but I had to ask for trash to be taken out. The area could use better upkeep; the exit to the Riverwalk had trash. The fitness classes were a nice touch, but the hot tub was out of order during my stay.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the Riverwalk! I loved the comfy bed and the friendly staff who made everything feel special. The outdoor pool was an absolute highlight, complete with a jacuzzi to unwind in!

There was visible trash in the carpet throughout our stay, a detail easily overlooked. While the location was perfect for accessing restaurants, it felt less clean overall. A better vacuuming routine would enhance the atmosphere. the air in the lobby had an unpleasant smell. The balcony rooms definitely stand out, but the maintenance could use improvement for a more relaxing experience.

Cleanliness needs attention. I was moved to a wheelchair-accessible room, which was not ideal. Staff responsiveness varied; some were helpful, but one receptionist left much to be desired. the location was fantastic—a half-block from the Riverwalk. The balcony view was stunning, making it easy to explore on foot. The ambiance at the on-site bar enhanced our New Year’s celebration. Convenient parking is a plus, though a bit pricey. If they address housekeeping and communication issues, a revisit is certainly possible.
