The staff here is amazing, always friendly and helpful. The room service is top-notch and they even offer a dry cleaning service. The amenities in the room are great too, like the ironing facilities and the cozy sitting area. I also appreciate the terrace with the garden furniture, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee. And the hair dryer and free toiletries in the bathroom are a nice touch. this hotel has everything I need for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful time staying at this charming hotel. The British theme throughout the property added a unique and enchanting touch to my stay. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for bathroom updates and a limited selection of late-night food delivery, these did not significantly impact my overall positive experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic weekend at this fun and unique hotel. the themed rooms were a highlight, with each one dedicated to a different historical author. the customized bookmark and information in the room added a nice touch. the hotel was in a great location, close to the city park with its museums and activities, as well as restaurants and the popular Delmar Loop area. I also appreciated the frequent packages offered on the hotel's website, which helped bring down the rates.

There were a few downsides to my stay. when I arrived, my room was not ready, even though check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm.

The hotel offers three great restaurants with delicious food and friendly staff. The location is perfect, with easy access to Forest Park, downtown STL, and other shopping areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had two complementary festive drinks, which were a nice touch for the holiday season. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area attractions. the cozy fireplace in the lobby created a warm atmosphere for relaxing after a long day of exploring during the cold weather.

The room was not well maintained and felt outdated. Both the bathroom and the bed linens were in need of updates.

I loved staying at this place during my trip. Its location was perfect for me, very near a beautiful park where I had a lovely walk. The service was great, and they had many amenities like dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The room was fantastic, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, terrace, and great toiletries. I appreciated the friendly staff who was working the front desk on the 3rd shift. They made me feel very welcomed.

We stayed at a charming hotel with eccentric decor that made us feel like we were attending an Edwardian house party. Great place to stay! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. the continental breakfast was delicious, and the gym and pool were well-maintained. the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even allowed me to check in early. the hotel had a unique and charming decor that added to the overall experience. the location was perfect, close to many interesting places and great restaurants. Plus, the parking was cheap!

The only downside was the shower pressure, which was a bit weak for my taste. But overall, it was a minor issue compared to all the positive aspects of my stay.
