As young holiday goers, we loved the newly renovated accommodations and comfortable rooms. The walk-in shower was a delightful touch. The staff was friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the BART station and main El Camino street. Despite being close to these busy areas, our room was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast area was clean and inviting, and we appreciated the 24/7 coffee/tea maker. There were also grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. we highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at The Dylan Hotel At Sfo was fantastic. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a major convenience for us, especially after a long flight. The room itself was very comfortable and impeccably clean, with a firm mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of breakfast options available, including fresh fruit, waffles, and cereals. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again for our SFO overnight trips.

Nothing all good

The hotel is in a great location, so convenient to get to from SFO airport using public transport, and it's also within easy walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed with inside and outside tables and chairs, including some with a balcony overlooking the old train station. Plus, the hotel provides a tasty breakfast with a good spread, including make-them-yourself waffles.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with clean rooms and solid internet. The location was convenient, less than 5 minutes walk to the BART/Caltrain station and just 30 minutes to downtown SFO. The staff treated me well and the hotel was like a cozy B&B.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was amazing with its vintage turntable player, allowing me to play old songs and really enjoy my time. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options including souffle ham, eggs, potatoes, and even steamed rice. The hotel also provided free cookies and refreshing lemon cucumber water. The front desk personnel were incredibly helpful, funny, and awesome, especially Lajos and Marco. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the BART station and conveniently close to the airport. I also appreciated the abundance of Chinese restaurants and even a supermarket in the vicinity.

The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, with a variety of options including fresh waffles, fruits, and hard-boiled eggs. The location is superb, just 200 meters from the Milbrae station, making it easy to explore both northern and southern San Francisco by train. The staff, especially Anna and Joyce, were professional and friendly, providing helpful information about tourist attractions and more.
