Excellent service from all staff members.

The room we stayed in had a musty smell that lingered throughout our visit, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we found the bathroom layout to be inconvenient, lacking proper separation from the sleeping area. Even though the location was vibrant, it felt noisy along with the street sounds that seeped in, making it hard to relax at times.

This charming hotel offers a fabulous location right in the heart of a lively town, with bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The pool area is a lovely spot to relax after exploring. Yet, the musty odors in rooms and noise issues from neighbors can detract from an otherwise delightful stay.

Chur, bro! The room was comfy and heaps spacious, but lacked plug-ins for my gadgets. Breakfast was indulgent with fresh juices. Sweet as stay overall!

Blimey, this place was proper cozy! The staff was friendly as anything, and the brekkie was a right indulgence with fresh juice and pastries galore. But mate, there was a bit of a musty smell in me room which wasn’t ideal. Still had a lovely time, though!

Check this out, I asked for a room with a city view for our anniversary, and they totally upgraded us to a suite with a balcony! How awesome is that? The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had such lekker options—fresh orange juice, pastries, the whole shebang! The decor was just stunning, felt like I was in a French movie!

Enjoyed the spacious rooms and seasonal outdoor pool, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

Staying here was a treat! The charming courtyard, the garden, and the beautiful outdoor pool made for a lovely escape. I was super impressed by the quirky decor throughout the place. On top of that, we had a surprise upgrade to a suite with a fantastic view of the Collegiale St Martin, which made our stay extra special.

gounod has an amazing location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel special. we really enjoyed the elegant décor and the excellent breakfast, especially the fresh pastries and juices offered each morning.
