This hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main square in Cusco. It was conveniently situated but away from the noise of the busy town center. The rooms were quite large compared to what we had experienced in other hotels in Peru, and they were also clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of fruits, cereals, breads, and the option of pancakes. the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only small issue we encountered was the distance from the downtown area, which could be a little challenging if you are traveling with small children. However, it was still manageable and didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

As a solo traveler during fiesta time, finding a room in Cusco was tough. Luckily, El Balcon had availability. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the rooms, although small, were comfortable and clean. The garden was beautiful, and I loved the charming and unique details in each room. The suite with the fireplace offered stunning views of the city in the evening. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and I appreciated the organic food and eco-friendly practices of the hotel.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view from the balcony. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the tea selection was impressive. We also appreciated the option to purchase blankets as souvenirs. The hotel allowed us to store our bags during a trek to Macchu Picchu, and when we returned, the room was clean and safe. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I stayed at El Balcon for 2 nights and it was a delightful experience. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially in the morning with the fog and sun. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with local artifacts. The hotel offers a reasonably priced laundry service, which was perfect for our long trip. They also provide fresh herbal tea 24/7 and the breakfast was superb. The staff was accommodating and the location was peaceful yet close to the center.
