I recently stayed at America Del Sur Calafate for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, with stunning sunset views and only a short walk to the town center. The common area has a great atmosphere, perfect for mingling with other guests. The restaurant staff, especially Mathias, were exceptional. They helped me book tours and provided delicious daily lunch boxes. The all-you-can-eat BBQ was a convenient and delicious option. The rooms were comfortable, with floor heating and private bathrooms. The fast Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the city center. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location.

We recently stayed at a great, friendly hostel with a cosy atmosphere and underfloor heating. the staff at America Del Sur Calafate were incredibly helpful and happy to assist with organizing tours. Before our trip, we were able to easily connect with them and ask any questions we had. the hostel also offered a world-class view, making it the most beautiful hostel we have ever stayed at. the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, especially the Patagonia Asado, was a highlight. the staff was service-oriented and lovely, particularly Fernanda who went above and beyond to help us purchase tickets. We will definitely be returning to this hostel.

Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, stunning views from the living/common area, delicious breakfast with variety of options, spacious lockers for belongings.

Situation: We had a minor issue with the electrical outlet next to our bed, but the staff quickly provided a solution and we were able to charge our devices in a convenient location.

Conveniently located near bus stop, offering stunning views and a spacious patio. Cozy design with two floors of common area. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable stay with clean rooms and comfy beds. Good breakfast and decent wifi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The beds were comfy and the rooms were really warm. The staff were friendly and super helpful, always willing to assist. The location was also great, with an easy walk into town. The showers had hot water and there was a charger and lamp by each dorm bed, which was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the stay, which was a nice bonus. The outdoor space was beautiful, with amazing views. And not to forget, the dogs at the hostel were super cute!

The common area had stunning views and was a great place to relax, with lots of space to spread out. the bathrooms in the dorms were a major plus, allowing multiple people to use them at the same time.

The dorm rooms were a bit on the small side, but still manageable. the wifi was patchy, but this seemed to be a common issue in the area and not specific to the hostel.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the view from the common area was stunning.

The kitchen was dirty and not well-maintained, and the breakfast options were limited. the location was far from the main part of the city, and the heater in the room was either too hot or wouldn't turn on, making for an uncomfortable night.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom, and the hostel had a great atmosphere and interior design. The staff were incredibly helpful and the mountain views were breathtaking. I highly recommend sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sunset or sunrise.

Heating in the bedroom was broken.

The view from the balcony was outstanding, with a breathtaking vista of the lake and mountains. the common areas were spacious and clean, perfect for socializing and meeting new people. the hostel offered a proper kitchen for cooking, which was a big plus for those who preferred to prepare their own meals. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and organizing activities with great attention to detail.

The rooms felt a bit small, but fortunately, my roommates were considerate and the size turned out to be manageable. the hostel was also quite noisy when it was full, which made it challenging to get a peaceful night's sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided me with lots of information about glacier tours. The ensuite room was simple and clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I enjoyed the BBQ dinner one night and it was delicious. The location was great, just a short walk from both the bus station and the city center. the hotel provided a friendly atmosphere, great facilities, and helpful staff.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus terminal and the town center. The views of the mountains were breathtaking, especially from the terrace where I enjoyed watching the sunset with a bottle of wine. The rooms were comfortable, whether I stayed in a shared dorm or a private room, and the floor heating was a great perk. The wifi was fast and accessible throughout the property. The common area was excellent for socializing, and the restaurant offered an amazing all-you-can-eat BBQ. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options to start the day.
