The hotel facility is up to date and classy, with a spacious and inviting lobby. The Three Owls Restaurant offers excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. The spa facility is outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, making the check-in process seamless and even providing a complimentary upgrade to a luxury suite on the 5th floor. The happy hour from 5-7 offered complimentary drinks and delicious appetizers, while the meals at the 88 restaurant were fantastic. The hotel's spa was also a highlight, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel pampered. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a girls trip. Additionally, the hotel's location on the outskirts of town was perfect, as it was very close to the KC metro area and multiple Missouri wineries.

The rooms were not up to par, with stained carpets and worn-out furnishings. Housekeeping seemed to be lacking, as towels were not replaced and beds were not made.

As young families, we loved the charming lobby, dining room, and parlor at The Elms. The beautiful grounds, pools, and grotto provided endless fun for our kids. The 88 restaurant had delicious meals that even our picky eaters enjoyed. The spa was hands down the best in the area, making our stay truly relaxing.
