the kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary utensils. the wi-fi was really weak outside the room.

the room had an odor and was outdated, which was quite disappointing, since any decent hotel should have fresh air. Everyone knows that pool #2 was closed for no good reason, yet staff did absolutely nothing about my comfort. I almost penned a glowing review but simply couldn’t because of the lack of a complimentary upgrade, which surely is customary for esteemed guests.

The evening barbecues by the pool were a highlight, providing a great way to relax and enjoy family meals after long days at the parks. The proximity to both grocery stores and dining options made our stay incredibly convenient.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The location was ideal for visiting Disney parks, with free shuttle service making the trips super convenient. Plus, the four pools were a highlight for our kids, who enjoyed splashing around after long days at the parks. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with ample room to relax and share family meals.

The parking area is confusing and surely needs organization!!! Appliances can be quite unreliable, and maintaining cleanliness in units, especially the carpets and bathrooms, should be prioritized!!! Room assignments can also create issues at check-in!!!
