I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to downtown area. The location was perfect, right next to everything and within walking distance of all the attractions. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the staff went out of their way to make me and my family comfortable. The valet staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were great, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel had excellent facilities and a punctual room service. it was a wonderful experience.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They accommodated our late request with friendly customer service. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary facilities including a flat-screen TV and in-room safe. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals, with special diet menus available. The staff even put a sign outside our door stating that we did not need service, showing their attention to detail.

Loved the proximity to popular attractions, such as the historical site and the vibrant River Walk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided.

The room design was a bit inconvenient, with glass slider doors separating the bathroom from the bedroom, compromising privacy. The pool was smaller than expected, but it didn't bother us too much as we were not primarily there for swimming. The parking cost seemed unreasonably high, affecting the overall value for money.

The hotel’s incredible location was a dream come true. It was situated in the center of things, super close to everything, and right near Riverwalk. The room was small but comfortable for a solo traveler with a comfy bed, and the staff provided proactive customer service, changing room promptly. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was impressive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

We had a great city break in a hotel that treated us like royalty. The cookies and water upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. The location couldn't be any better, right near all the key attractions and within walking distance to everything. We loved that we didn't need to take a taxi anywhere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed.

The parking was a bit pricey, and we had to use a valet service since there was no parking nearby. Also, the price of the hotel was a little steep for our budget, so we had to be mindful of our spending.
