I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It's got a great location, close to downtown and all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a historic exterior and modern interior. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They accommodated our late request with friendly customer service. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary facilities including a flat-screen TV and in-room safe. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals, with special diet menus available. The staff even put a sign outside our door stating that we did not need service, showing their attention to detail.

The room design was a bit inconvenient, with glass slider doors separating the bathroom from the bedroom, compromising privacy. The pool was smaller than expected, but it didn't bother us too much as we were not primarily there for swimming.
