The location of this hotel is incredible - it's right next to the main train stations and within walking distance of popular attractions like the kunsthalle. Plus, being close to mutterland means I had easy access to delicious dining options. The central location made it really convenient for sightseeing as a tourist. Additionally, the hotel provided a bonus free citywide travel pass for my entire stay, which saved me from standing in line at the travel center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My overall experience was tainted by rude and unhelpful staff. When I asked for recommendations for restaurants open on Christmas day, I was met with a dismissive response and was told to figure it out on my own.
