I had the most incredible experience at The Gastonian. The honeymoon suite was worth every penny - it felt like we were in paradise! The property is stunning and the staff made us feel like family. We loved attending the socials and meeting other guests. The breakfast, wine, and appetizers were all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and amazing stay.

The historic ambiance of the hotel was incredible and really added to the charm of our stay. the room had a beautiful fireplace, which created a romantic atmosphere. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Additionally, the complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon were a delightful treat.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room we stayed in was in need of some maintenance, as the drapes were faded and torn.

Excellent service and attention to detail. The welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and the personal touches like meet/greet drinks and dessert at 8 were much appreciated. We loved the beautiful historic home and furnishings. It was a fantastic example of Savannah's history. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Walter, the head houseman, were top-notch and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the honey buttermilk biscuits were to die for. The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the riverfront area. We were also happy to find that it was near the park with easy access to historic Savannah.

We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, the gracious and well-maintained guest rooms and public spaces, as well as the breakfasts and evening appetizers by Courtney and Caitlin. The parlor in front of the fireplace was perfect for conversation. The hotel's location in the historic district was ideal for exploring the city.

We had a truly wonderful stay here! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff provided exceptional and genuine hospitality. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-appointed, and the beautiful historic palace setting added to the luxury of our stay. The location in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of many of the city's beautiful squares and near Forsyth Park, was perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service and the helpful staff who made arrangements for any activities we wanted to attend. Additionally, the leisure garden area and the Wi-Fi in the hotel were great amenities that enhanced our overall experience.

While we didn't come across any drawbacks during our stay, we would highly recommend this hotel as a perfect getaway for families looking to make special memories.

I had a fantastic stay at the Gastonian Inn in Savannah. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. I loved the complimentary tray service for breakfast on the balcony - a truly lovely start to the day. The hors d'oeuvres before dinner and the dessert afterwards were delightful treats. The hotel also sent me chocolates and champagne for my birthday, and even gave me homemade cookies and a biscuit recipe when I checked out. The southern hospitality here is truly exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at a historic inn in Savannah. The best aspects were the comfortable beds, friendly staff, and delicious food. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was great, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was superb, and the staff was always helpful and cheerful. it was a fantastic experience.
