The pool area truly stands out with its beautiful design and friendly tiki bar, making it a perfect hangout spot. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, whisking us to all the main attractions without hassle. However, the unexpected extra charges for breakfast were frustrating and lacked clear communication, dampening what could have been a flawless experience. Additionally, some issues with parking fees made the stay a bit more complicated than expected.

It was just a nice choice for a walk in the evening in Key West with outstanding value. The pool area was decent, but expect to compete for chairs since outsiders can use the pool too. Make sure to check the Wi-Fi situation, as it requires logging in every time you come back to your room.

The pool area was lovely the staff was friendly and the happy hour deals were great. The food truck served decent American fare though queues can get long during busy times. Shuttle service to downtown was super convenient.

The fries here are a must-try and the culinary options nearby are just as enticing. Plus, the spacious room really felt cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like me.

However, the pool area was a bit chaotic with local teens running wild. my boyfriend even had to step in during a fight! The bathtub didn't drain well either, and cleanliness could improve. No extra touches like live music added to the lackluster vibe.
