Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-designed layouts. We loved the location, as it was close to downtown shops and restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the area. Plus, there was a beautiful creek nearby where we could go for a morning walk and enjoy some fresh air.

The only downside was that there was no free breakfast included. Considering the price we paid, it would have been nice to have that convenience.

The Golden Hotel has a perfect location for walking downtown and to the river. Easy onsite parking. The inside is updated with a nice bit of history. The creek side rooms offer a lovely view. As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the wonderful breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

I loved being able to walk around and explore without worrying about transportation. The staff was so hospitable and accommodating, constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was lovely and well-stocked with amenities, including a mini-bar and cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and happy hour specials. This venue truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. My family would love it here!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, situated right in the heart of downtown Golden. We were able to easily explore the charming town, with its variety of shops, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the majestic mountains on one side and a tranquil running creek just behind the hotel. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel has a great location, situated next to a river and in the heart of downtown. This makes it convenient for exploring the Denver area and enjoying the beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with firm but cozy beds and a variety of pillows. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and has a restaurant and lounge for dining options.

One of the drawbacks is that some of the waitstaff in the restaurant can be awkward and overbearing, which can make the dining experience less enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city with everything I wanted to do nearby. One more advantage I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the room.

My experience was tarnished by a negative event. I left one of my belongings in the hotel room and called the next day to ask if the staff found it.

Great location with friendly staff. the rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel is conveniently situated downtown near a popular tubing run and a beautiful walk/bike trail. Exceptional service was provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. a terrific hotel experience.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. On our first night, there was a party in the lobby that lasted for 90 minutes, causing a disturbance in our room located above.

The Golden Hotel in Golden provided great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, within walking distance to town, restaurants, and shops. The staff, especially Erin, Brittany, Jack, Adam, and Jimas. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and sitting on the deck with the sounds of the river was incredibly relaxing. Parking options were also a plus.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of options to choose from.
