I stayed at this beautiful beachfront resort in Naples for a week to relax and unwind. The room was spacious and charming, featuring a marble bathroom and a large terrace. The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed spending time in the lobby and on the front porch with its cozy chairs, overlooking the stunning beach. The on-site restaurant, Baleens, was hands-down the best spot to catch the sunset while enjoying delicious food and drinks. Additionally, I loved being able to sip my morning coffee on the balcony and watch the incredible wildlife in the Gulf. Seeing manatees, dolphins, and other animals was truly unforgettable. The linens and bed in my room were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The entire property was impeccably maintained, with a beautiful koi pond and a relaxing outdoor waterfall. Lastly, the valet service worked seamlessly, adding to the overall convenience of my stay.

I had such an amazing time at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach right on the Gulf. I loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee, watching all the wildlife in the area. I saw dolphins, manatees, and so many other creatures. It was like a little paradise. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, with a friendly and eager-to-please staff. The service was top-notch, from the room amenities to the restaurant and bar. The sunset views were breathtaking, and the pools were great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. It truly is a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

The staff was marvelous and the beachfront setting was beautiful. I enjoyed the wonderful service on the beach during the day and had cocktails in the lounge while watching the sunset. The room in the Beach House was spacious and charming, with a marble bathroom and large terrace. The views were absolutely gorgeous, and I loved sitting out on the terrace watching the waves. The area around the hotel was clean and beautiful, with plenty of other restaurants and shopping options. I felt totally pampered and had a truly wonderful experience at this stunning resort.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the hotel facilities well-maintained and spotless. The parking service was excellent, thanks to Richard, the Valet manager, and the rest of the team. We loved the convenient transportation options, where we didn't have to take Ubers everywhere. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pool area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, including Diane the concierge, Cornell, Michael, and the rest of the team.

Our stay was for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location by the beach was wonderful, and we enjoyed the great pools and cute Tiki bar. The sunset views from the hotel restaurant were amazing. One of the best places we have ever stayed, offering a little bit of paradise. The breakfast on the waterfront had a gorgeous view, and the sunsets were to die for. The beauty of the hotel, the staff, and the connection to the outdoors were remarkable. Everything we needed in our room was provided, and the balcony allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee while watching the amazing wildlife in the Mexican Gulf, including manatees and dolphins. Can't wait to go back!

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The room was exceptional, with a spacious layout and a marble bathroom. The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a beautiful beach right at the front. The on-site restaurant, Baleens, not only had great food and drinks but also offered an amazing sunset view. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained outdoor areas and the friendly and attentive staff.

The location of this beachfront resort was absolutely amazing! the pristine white sandy beach was just steps away from the hotel, and the view from our room overlooking the back bay marina was breathtaking. We loved sitting out on the large veranda and soaking in the beautiful scenery. the lagoon, like pool was also a great feature, providing a relaxing and tropical atmosphere for lounging and swimming.

We were a bit disappointed with the overall appearance of the resort. the lobby and our room had a tired and shabby decor, which didn't match our expectations for the price we paid.

The rooms were nice with a great view. Staff was friendly and focused on helping. The facility was always immaculate, with lovely linens and beds. The addition of a beautiful koi pond and outdoor waterfall added to the relaxing atmosphere. Balcony provided an amazing view of the Mexican Gulf and wildlife. Saw manatees, dolphins, and a variety of other wildlife. Everything I needed was in the room, including a space to drink my morning coffee.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about.
