I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel up above San Diego, nestled atop a stunning mountain. The location alone was enough to make me feel like I was in a secluded paradise. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service, from the doorman to the security guards. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding my lost phone and credit card. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I especially loved the wall art and the spacious shower with its excellent water pressure. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, such as room service, dry cleaning, and a shuttle service, to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the staff.

The room: clean, modern, comfortable. Water pressure: excellent in shower. Towels: clean and plentiful. Staff: tremendous throughout the facility. Steakhouse: very good. Separation of smoking and non-smoking areas.

The casino, restaurants, room, and staff exceeded expectations. Good meals at Ginger Noodle bar and cafe. Large shower in bathroom. Nice room with courtyard view. Friendly and helpful employees. Housekeeping refreshed room twice. Excellent dinner at the Grove restaurant. Amazing staff, comforting and accommodating. Great water pressure in the shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurants had great food and service, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, bed was comfortable.

The hotel amenities were fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the delicious food at the buffet and cafe, and the local cuisine was also a highlight. the hotel's location was perfect, being just steps away from the casino and slots. It was convenient to have everything we needed in one place.

The check-in process was a major disappointment. the lack of staff at the counter led to long wait times, and it took forever to finally get checked in.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find that Viejas Casino and Resort offered bike rentals and had a beautiful bike trail nearby. The free concert in the courtyard was a fantastic bonus!

We felt truly looked after during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect, not too far from downtown and close enough to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent, offering shuttle service and free drinks upon arrival. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV. The restaurant and lounge area was terrific, serving delicious meals and providing a great atmosphere for relaxing. The spa and leisure center was a great way to spend an afternoon, with lovely sun loungers and an outdoor swimming pool.

Highly recommend this place to everyone! The custodial services could not locate my reservation, but the management was quick to resolve the issue and was very professional.

I recently stayed at Viejas Casino & Willows for a weekend getaway. The staff at this hotel was absolutely tremendous, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was very nice, although it was a bit on the dark side. The hotel's steakhouse was also very good, offering delicious meals. I appreciated the separation between the smoking and non-smoking areas of the casino, although it was a minor inconvenience having to pass through the smoking section to access common facilities. The bed in my room was like a pillow, offering a luxurious sleeping experience. Additionally, the pool at the hotel was absolutely awesome, and the warm towels provided after a swim were a nice touch. The complimentary valet parking was also a great convenience. I will definitely be returning next month, as my overall experience was fantastic.

The hotel had a modern and updated property, which was very nice. the casino was lively and seemed like a lot of fun, even though I'm not a big gambler. the outlets across the street were a convenient option for shopping, and being a guest at the hotel, I even received a gift card.

Late-night room service didn't offer many snacking options. the expansion of the property on the opposite side could potentially affect the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Our room at Viejas was clean and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the room key access feature for the elevator and pool, which made us feel safe. The buffet had great options and the staff was friendly. we had a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Viejas Casino & Willows. The resort is tucked away from the highway, creating a peaceful oasis. The check-in process was a breeze, and the 2 queen suite on the 4th floor was clean and nicely appointed. The pool was a lovely and relaxing spot, with comfy lounge chairs and a bar for ordering drinks and food. The casino had multiple non-smoking areas, which was a huge plus. I had a great experience and can't wait to return!

As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious food at the restaurants, and the comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. The casino offered a wide variety of games, and we enjoyed dining outside at the Ginger Noodle Bar. The tribe owned outlet mall across the street was a bonus.

Felt like visiting family, nothing was too much trouble.
