The landscaping at this resort is stunning, with beautiful views and well-maintained grounds. The service in the restaurants and bars was exactly what I expected, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and even included a "to go" box for snacks later in the day.

While the service in the restaurants and bars was great, the housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent. They knocked on my door late in the evening to see if I wanted turn down service, which I found inconvenient.

I had the opportunity to seize a last minute deal and it was worth it. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff were amazingly pleasant and helpful. The location is spectacular, with a beach and pool area that provided SPF bar, a unique touch. The fly fresh laundry service was also a great idea. The design of the hotel is great and the pools are fantastic. The food at the restaurants was wonderful and the setting couldn't have been more perfect. Additionally, the kids club was fantastic, catering to children like never seen before in a resort.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcome and took care of me throughout my stay. Special shoutout to Chef Eberto for his delicious vegan dishes and to Daniela for her excellent service at the beach and pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the fantastic breakfast options. The location on the peninsula is absolutely stunning, with beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options available for exploring this city.
