I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming and fast during check-in, even shaking my hand and welcoming me. The breakfast was amazing, with a special mention to Ms. Tammy for going above and beyond to make more waffle mixture for me. The check-out process was quick as well. I was impressed when a staff member called to inform me that I had left my shoes in the room, showing their concern for their customers and their belongings. the staff was warm, caring, and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Towneplace Suites. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff kept everything well-stocked and clean. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff was attentive. The living room space was spacious, and the grilling accommodations were a nice touch. we felt welcomed and cared for during our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites for three nights. The staff, including Dominique, Sharon, and Sedrick, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They accommodated our two special requests with enthusiasm. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast, thanks to Ms. Tammy, was excellent. We were impressed by the staff's kindness and attention to detail. We hope to book this gem of a hotel every time we visit Shreveport to see our granddaughter. Their exceptional staff truly made our stay memorable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. From the moment I entered, the refreshing smell and immaculate lobby set the tone for a pleasant stay. the staff, including Tamika, Loria, Pat, and Chris, were incredibly courteous and attentive to their duties. I also appreciated the small but thoughtful gestures, such as the maids leaving candy and Oreo cookies personalized with my name. the kitchen staff were exceptional and the food was excellent. Additionally, the hotel offered spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a large fridge.
