The view from our room was beyond amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. We loved the spacious room, and the fact that we could control our privacy and cleaning requests. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of the city, this upscale hotel boasts spectacular views. The rooms are clean and comfortable with exceptional shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy access to the Tower Club and experience awesome customer service from the staff on-site. Take advantage of the amenities for a home away from home, along with upscale facilities for a comfy stay.

Though the hotel relies entirely on smartphones for room access, it's unacceptable that customers are locked out of their rooms at times, especially when batteries run out.

As a business traveler, I loved the luxury accommodations and well-appointed amenities, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was personable and communication was excellent. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants and rooftops. The view from the hotel was one of the highlights, and the decor matched my vibe. I will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Dallas!

Thanksgiving was amazing! We got two complimentary treats that were just perfect. The location was spot on and made everything easy. Plus, the fantastic view from the room just made the whole experience unforgettable.

The check-in process was chaotic and it took a while to sort out. , the floors were a little dusty, but it was not that much of a big deal compared to everything else.
