The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The gentleman who checked me in went above and beyond to ensure I got the room I needed, despite the hotel being packed. The lady who checked me out, Latonya or Latyra, was also very nice and professional. The breakfast staff was friendly as well. The well-appointed rooms and comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a tourist.
