The hotel had a great view of the city and the rooms were clean and nicely organized. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The air conditioning in the room could have been colder, especially during the summer months. Additionally, the hotel had limited electrical outlets which made it inconvenient to charge our devices.

We enjoyed the free breakfast during our stay. Even though it ended quite early for us, the food was delicious, and it saved us some money. Also, the room was clean, and we appreciated the maid service. Overall I recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the location was right down the street from WSU. The attention to detail in the rooms, from the comfortable layout to the great views, made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service, with their friendliness and willingness to assist with anything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast surpassed my expectations for a complimentary meal, offering hot options and good quality food.

The hotel had a great location on the Hilltop with a spectacular view overlooking Pullman. The room was well-equipped and spacious, with two comfy queen beds. The breakfast options were top-notch, especially the hot options.

The room was very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. the location was great as it was close to key attractions in the area. the bed was super cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, having a second kitchen sink by the microwave was a convenient feature that I enjoyed.

The breakfast options were disappointing, with limited choices available. Also, the staff's recommendation for nearby dining options was not very helpful.

We loved the Coast Hilltop Inn! It had everything we needed for our family stay - comfortable rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, iron, fridge, microwave. The hotel also had a coin-operated laundry, which was a bonus. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and we appreciated the complimentary 24/7 coffee in the lobby. The local feel and stunning Palouse sunsets added to the charm of our stay.

I visited Pullman to see my nephew who lives near the university campus. My stay at the Coast Hilltop Inn was fantastic. The location was lovely, with a cool room, great views from the top floor, and beautiful landscaping around the building. The breakfast/dining area was spacious and comfortable, with a nice touch of local WSU decor. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the front staff was very friendly. a wonderful experience!

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just minutes away from Washington State University. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome as out of towners. The room was spotless and had a helpful fridge. Having an on-site restaurant was a great bonus.
