Comfortable spot with a great location

This hotel has spacious rooms, super comfy beds, and a nice area to chill. It’s perfect for exploring the city with lots of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s nearby. The shower pressure was a bit too strong, and some rooms had a dusty phone. Still, the staff was friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

had a romantic weekend in chicago and decided to stay at the 21C museum hotel. exceeded my expectations with its fantastic location and friendly staff. loved the cool vibe and the art gallery concept. overall, a great stay!

The hotel offers a fantastic central location near the Loop, with great access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are stylishly designed and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The museum on the 2nd floor adds a unique and interesting touch to the overall ambiance of the property. Validated parking in a nearby garage is convenient for guests. The staff is attentive, friendly, and provides helpful information.

Got a great corporate rate and the staff went above and beyond to extend it for the weekend. Loved the spacious and modern rooms, especially the comfortable beds and Aveda products. Conveniently located near Michigan Ave and public transportation. would recommend.

I recently stayed at the 21C Museum Hotel for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is central and close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping in the area. The staff were attentive, informative, and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself has a unique museum-like ambiance, with fascinating art and a quirky originality. The rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a full-size tub in the bathroom. The validated parking and valet service were convenient bonuses.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in downtown Chicago. The location couldn't have been better - it was just off The Magnificent Mile where all the premium stores are located. The hotel was also conveniently situated right next to the Grand subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed with contemporary furnishings and a spacious walk-in shower. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with housekeeping providing a high level of cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast offering generous portions.

This place is in an excellent area close to all amenities. It is located in an active neighborhood within walking distance of a lot of the sites. There are many attractions within easy walking distance, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The staff from the doorman to front desk was friendly and quite attentive. They made us feel welcome and even went out of their way to offer assistance, like when the kind doorman welcomed us back from a jog and asked if he could get us a bottle of water.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the River, shopping, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern amenities such as an in-room projector and Bose surround sound system, perfect for entertaining guests before hitting the town. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the free WiFi, a rarity in many other hotels.

The noise level in some areas of the hotel can be a bit disruptive at times.

I had a smooth and quick check-in experience, thanks to the friendly and communicative front desk staff. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, making it the cleanest hotel on my favorite list. The stylish and modern furnishings added to the excitement of exploring the hotel. The location was amazing, just one block off the popular Magnificent Mile. It was incredibly convenient to walk to famous attractions like The Bean. Additionally, the hotel offered fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby and happy hour, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

Could not be improved in any way, but I must mention that there were some noise disturbances on the 4th floor, waking me up at 3 am due to people fighting in the hallway. Although there was no room service, the restaurant within the hotel was the best part.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is just off The Magnificent Mile where the main drag of premium stores is located. It is close to many attractions within easy walking distance and just off Michigan avenue. The location is great as the Grand subway station is nearby. Our room had all the amenities one could ask for such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic with great service. The staff here did not disappoint- every request for a dinner reservation was met with incredible service and a friendly staff.

We recommend this hotel to family and friends. However, the staff should back off a little bit because not all guests wish for their services.
