Ja, the whole museum vibe in the lobby had me hooked! Team at reception were super chill and really helpful. Plus, my room was sharp-sharp, clean and that bed—flippen comfy! Defs coming back for another weekend getaway!

Only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but I guess that's city life, right?

The hotel is chic and well-located at the heart of the Magnificent Mile. The gallery is impressive, and the rooms are spacious with beautiful decor. Staff were polite and immensely helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the dining at the bar, where we had some of the best steaks during our trip. The Customer Service iPad in the room was a great feature for ordering amenities easily.

The location is superb with easy access to many attractions and the staff was friendly and helpful. The unique art exhibits enhance the hotel experience and the restaurant offered exceptional steaks that left a lasting impression.

Check-in had some hiccups with room readiness and the bathroom space was a bit cramped. Also, noise from the street could disrupt relaxation during the night.

The art installation in the hotel showcased a unique blend of modern creativity and hospitality. The dining experience at David Burke's Primehouse was exceptional, particularly the indulgent 13-layer chocolate cake that left a lasting impression.

the bathroom had no true closet door, just a curtain. the beds were super comfy! i loved the bedside charging block for my phone. also, the mini-bar was stocked with good stuff. 😄🌟

the beautiful art is totally wasted on this inadequate establishment. the dark hallways were quite unnerving, and even worse, I had to argue to hold my luggage at a charge! I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles—not an eye-roll from the rude staff. this woudl ve been a good stay, but I just couldn’t.

During our stay, we enjoyed the fantastic gym facilities and the striking on-site art museum. Traveling with 5 kids can be hectic, but the location made exploring the city a breeze, allowing us to stroll to nearby attractions and fantastic dining options.

In my wife’s opinion, the lobby layout could be improved for more family-friendly access.

I had a great experience during my stay! The central location made exploring a breeze, as all the major attractions were within walking distance. My room was spacious and tidy. The beds were incredibly comfy. I particularly loved the bedside charging block—just a practical touch that made my stay even better!

In-room breakfast was absolutely wonderful! ! The fill-your-own doughnut holes were a fun treat! The restaurant's steak and eggs in Primehouse were delicious, and the staff—from the doorman to the concierge—were friendly and helpful.

Wicked comfy beds, loved the mini-bar setup. Location was clutch for hitting up shops and restaurants nearby. The bedside charging block was a lifesaver—such a simple touch but made everything easier, especially when my girls were glued to their phones. Gotta say, the bathroom was spotless! Definitely planning to come back soon.
