I had a troubling experience with the staff's indifference. It seemed like they were disorganized, as I was incorrectly charged for an umbrella I returned multiple times. Despite my efforts to reach out, I received no response to my emails, which left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated during my stay.

the jay hotel is lit! seriously, the views are dope and the room was super spacious and clean. loved the mini bar options and all the cool charging ports everywhere. the shower got a nice upgrade too with that foot ledge for shaving, just genius stuff. staff was really helpful too, big shoutout to amber for making us feel at home!

but the street noises were kinda loud at night and the reception check-out is a bit awkward since its not on the same floor.
