The room was incredible, with state-of-the-art amenities and a stunning view. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot or by Uber.

During checkout, we had an issue with the pool waitress mistakenly keeping our cash payment for our tab. Although it was eventually resolved, it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided.

The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a large shower and luxurious toiletries. The small details, like the insider tips in the Joule magazine, really made my stay special. The gym was modern and well-equipped, and the pool drinks were the best I've ever had. The valet staff, especially Janae and Ariel, were incredibly helpful in navigating the city. I can't wait to stay at The Joule again!

The rooms are pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar provide a great retreat from the summer heat, and the well-equipped gym is perfect for staying active. The hotel also offers a spa experience, where guests can enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.

Some maintenance issues were reported, such as smoking bathroom plugs and peeling wallpaper in the guest hallways.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The decor was stunning and the room had all the amenities we needed, including luxurious bathrobes. One small issue we had was that there was only one towel hook in the bathroom, but still, it didn't dampen our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible ambiance and comfort.
