I had the most incredible stay at a charming property nestled on the shores of a stunning lagoon. The grounds were picturesque, and I loved spending time by the pool, soaking up the sun. My cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the fact that it was right by the water with my own swings and hammocks made it even more special. While the lack of AC made it a bit uncomfortable, I discovered that some of the rustic cabins do have it, so I'll definitely book one with AC next time. The front desk staff, particularly Roxana, were fantastic and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and provide useful information about the area.

We loved the location right on the lake. The ambiance and scenery were incredible. The free canoe and paddle board rentals were a big hit. Our suite was spacious and the decor was minimalist and stylish. The wait staff were nice and attentive. The massages we received were truly top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, situated right on the lake in the amazing natural park area in the south west of the Yucatan peninsula. We loved being able to wake up and watch the beautiful sunrise from our private lake access room. The hotel offered a range of services such as room service, housekeeping, and laundry, making our stay even more comfortable.

Clean, bright, spacious rooms. Private entrance to the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food and drinks. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards. Convenient location near Bacalar. Great breakfast options.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Spending my Xmas holidays at this idyllic resort was the best decision ever! the complementary breakfast buffet was scrumptious; it included fresh fruits, croissants, and hot Mexican dishes that you could choose from. the resort is strategically located by the crystal-clear waters and surrounded by lush vegetation, providing a perfect backdrop for unforgettable holiday photos. What I enjoyed the most was the nightly torch lighting ceremony at the dock which enhanced the already-gorgeous view.

Although the resort is positioned at a picturesque location, the nearby traffic noise wasn't entirely subdued and may put off noise-sensitive guests. Nonetheless, this downside didn't dampen the relaxed atmosphere of the resort.
