We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable hotel room, with helpful staff welcoming us at the attractive front desk area. the location in the historical downtown area allowed us to walk to various restaurants. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep without any backache.

Despite a temporary wifi issue, my room was ready upon arrival. the valet service, especially the kind bellboy who assisted with luggage, was exceptional.

Xmas at the hotel was a great experience overall. the breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of dishes that left us full for the rest of the day. the property also had many amenities that we enjoyed, such as the cool bar with live guitar music, and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. the location was very convenient, situated near many attractions and activities in the area.

There were a few negatives. the lady who checked us in was not friendly at all and did not provide us with any information about the hotel.
