Despite a drawback with the receptionist's communication about the shuttle, the overall experience was positive. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel had a clean and fresh decor, giving a pleasant ambiance. the room facilities were great, including a coffee maker with coffee, creamer, and sugar, as well as a microwave and fridge. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, there was a small shop in the hotel where we could purchase drinks, snacks, and useful items like a comb.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the hotel's location was not ideal, as it was quite far from the city center and main attractions.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere at the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free shuttle bus that took me to places within a 5-mile radius. Additionally, the hotel offered a great breakfast with healthy options, which was a pleasant surprise.

One of the downsides was that the hotel was far away from any restaurants, so it was difficult to find somewhere to eat nearby. Another drawback was that there were no safes in the rooms to keep valuables, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect, just a short drive away with ample parking available. The staff were excellent - so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a kitchen that was really convenient. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.
