The hotel's sleep amenities such as the pillows might need improvement, as some guests report having difficulty sleeping.

As party people, we loved the stunning location right on the harbor, with boats and sea lions to watch all day long. The hotel is conveniently connected to a good dog walking sidewalk, which was perfect for our furry friend. The staff, especially Heather, were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with a room issue. The fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and spacious balcony added to the enjoyment of our stay. The underground parking was a great perk, and the view of the marina and bridge was simply breathtaking. The hotel's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area, as well as the excellent restaurants nearby, made it easy for us to explore and dine out. it was a great value and the best accommodation we had on our trip.

Nothing for me.

The rooms were really cute and very clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. the full kitchen was a great feature, allowing us to bring our own food and save some money. the view from the room was amazing, overlooking the marina and the nearby restaurants. We also loved the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of a seafood restaurant and a coffee house, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat without having to drive.

One of the downsides was the limited check, in and check, out times. With a 4:00 check, in and an 11:00 check, out, we felt like we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the place.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was close to the fishing dock and had easy boat access. the on-site crab cookers were a great feature, although they could get busy on weekends. the units were always clean, comfy, and well-appointed. We loved the cute decor.

The hallway light outside our bedroom window was too bright and the blinds didn't do much to block it. A blackout shade would have been helpful.

The location of the hotel, directly on the promenade, was perfect for taking in the beautiful views of the harbor and enjoying a seaside stroll.
