The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the cottage we stayed in was well, appointed and comfortable, with high, quality bedding and towels. the outdoor kitchen was a charming amenity, and we appreciated the suggestion for a great tex, mex eatery in town. the property itself was beautifully maintained, with a lovely view of the river and a large grassy area for the kids to play.

There were a few minor issues, such as a dish connection problem with the TV and some missing amenities in the cottage. There were also some eye sores on the property, including a sinking floating cabin and an old rusty boat port.

The owners truly care about pleasing their customers. The property grounds are well maintained and the location provides great views. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large BBQ grill. The furniture is comfortable and the shower and bathroom are top notch. There is very little noise from the marina. The staff is responsive and friendly. We will definitely return.

The cottage we stayed in was adorable and had a beautiful view of the river. It was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved having our own back porch with a grill and fire pit. the location was also great, within walking distance of downtown restaurants and close to the water and harbor.

The bathroom countertop was too small, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the property itself showed signs of wear, with some boarded windows and a garage that looked ready to fall down.

We got great value for our money with a room that was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River and Boldt Castle. The staff at Ledges Resort & Marina were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

The morning meal could be improved by having more variety in the breakfast options.

We had a wonderful time at The Ledges! A quick trip to the supermarket was all we needed to enjoy this fully equipped cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the BBQ grill was a great option too. The views were amazing, and we loved having access to kayaks and canoes. The furniture was comfortable, the shower was top-notch, and the staff was responsive and friendly. a fantastic stay with premier hotel services and better views. We'll definitely be back!

I had an unforgettable stay at The Ledges Resort & Marina. The Shipwatch Cottage was modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The bed and linens were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, with a deck, fire pits, a pool, and even a boat slip for our boat. The fact that they allow pets made our little lab Gus feel right at home. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I can't wait to come back.

The location of the hotel was amazing! It was just a short drive from downtown and had beautiful views of the nearby castle. We loved being able to relax on the lawn and enjoy the fire pits and hammocks. the pool was also a great addition and we were able to enjoy it without it being too crowded. the owners were very sweet and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We did experience some small flies in our unit, especially in the kitchen area. It made it a bit difficult to eat and drink inside without the flies getting on our food and drinks.
