This hotel had attractive furniture in the rooms, with a lovely bath and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was charming, with at least 8 fabulous offerings served.

No negative aspect to mention. All was ok.

The owners were sweet and accommodating, going above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast and desserts were delicious. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The back yard was a lovely place to relax.

The bed and breakfast is located in a wonderful neighborhood where other old homes have been beautifully restored. It is close to downtown and in the Historic District. The room we stayed in, the Princess Anne, was spacious and immaculate, with a lovely shower room. The hosts were friendly and the breakfasts prepared by Ruth were delicious. The house itself is grand and has a fascinating history, with an original ice box on display.

The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable, providing a map of local restaurants and businesses. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The house was spacious and had several common rooms. The backyard was lovely with outdoor seating and beautiful flower beds. The Princess Cecile room was comfortable and had a jacuzzi tub/shower.

Felt completely at home, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at the Leonard At Logan House. The Sir Charles room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed. The food, especially Ruth's baked goods and the eggs benedict, was amazing. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The house itself was huge, with several common rooms and a lovely backyard. We will definitely be returning for future visits to Grand Rapids.

Spacious historical home with multiple common rooms and lovely backyard. Delicious homemade breakfast with a variety of options. Welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. Convenient location near Meijer Gardens and within walking distance of local restaurants and businesses. Will definitely return for future visits.

The baked goods and hot tea provided by the hosts were such a great touch. It was nice to have a variety of snacks available in the common area too. The location was perfect for exploring the historic district and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The comfortable bed made it easy to sleep in and relax.

The bathrooms were on the small side and the rooms could use more modern updates. The street parking was sometimes difficult to find and we had to park a bit far from the property.
