During our Christmas stay, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to the gondolas, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of the village, allowing us to explore the area with ease. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms were a highlight, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere during our holiday getaway. The large bathroom with separate shower and double sinks was also a great feature that enhanced our stay.

One minor drawback was the lack of design thought in the bathroom. While the bathroom was spacious and functional, we found it surprising that there was no designated space for toiletries and bags.

The location in the Mountain Village was ideal, with easy access to the gondola that takes you into the nearby town. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk manager who assisted us in moving to a quieter room to the knowledgeable concierge who provided great recommendations for activities in the area.
