For New Year festivities, was excited to stay in a reputed hotel. The complimentary champagne and party poppers in our cozy room were a nice touch. The hotel's location near the beach and shopping area made our holiday easy. , the shuttle service made getting around a breeze. Lastly, we enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, especially in the mild winter weather.

Regrettably, the hotel's inability to provide clean towels and linens created an unclean environment in our room. The staff didn't seem to understand our request, which was frustrating.

Our room was nothing short of spectacular, with a balcony overlooking the scenic golf course, the American flag, and St. Simons sound. The attention to detail in the room design was exceptional. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was accommodating our special requests or providing informative suggestions, they truly cared about making our experience memorable. The hotel's sister property, The Cloisters, also impressed us with its stunning beauty. our stay at this resort was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it.
