Access codes were confusing and delayed!!! No elevators made carrying luggage a chore!!! Street noise was troubling at night, and the absence of blackout curtains is ridiculous!!! Cleaning could definitely improve, especially with dirty blinds!!!

the lofts at downtown salem aparthotel has a really unique vibe, being a transformed car dealership. our deluxe queen suite had high ceilings and stunning exposed brick, making it feel super spacious. the kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge plus. it's also in a great spot, close to cafes and local shops.

the restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Awesome spot in the heart of Salem!

The high ceilings and exposed brick were super cool. Plumbing worked perfectly, and I loved the full kitchen. made it so easy to whip up breakfast. The only thing is street noise could get a bit loud at night, especially if you like it quiet when you sleep.

I absolutely loved the unique character of this historic hotel! The loft-style room was filled with natural light from the skylights, and the full kitchen made cooking a breeze. Plus, having the amazing El Jefe restaurant just downstairs was a delightful bonus for late-night bites!
