The hotel had a huge lounge area with cosy corners, perfect for relaxing. The collection of whiskys was impressive. The pool was large and great for serious swimming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in experience was smooth and they provided maps and hiking information. The room had a great view of the city and a glimpse of the Matterhorn. The bed was comfortable and the room design was well-done. The breakfast had a great selection of teas.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The location is absolutely amazing, especially for those who are looking to hit the slopes early in the morning. The ski school starts at 8.45am and it's just a quick 2-minute walk from the hotel. Not only that, but the hotel is also conveniently situated right in the heart of town and just a couple minutes away from the train station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around.

I stayed at Resort Hotel Alex with my 2 sons to create a special memory of our time together. The location was excellent, near the Gornergrat station, ski shuttle bus stop, and Täsch transfer train. The hotel had plush and unique decoration, with warm and inviting interiors. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant served well-prepared food. We enjoyed the large pool with a hot jacuzzi, as well as the nice squash court and fitness room. The staff were very helpful during luggage transfers, making us feel right at home. We could have easily stayed another week or two.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of choices to start the day off right. the service was impeccable, and we were impressed with the friendly and professional staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful place.

The only downside we could find is that the staff, although pleasant, were not overly helpful. However, despite this minor drawback, we would still recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and in the center of town. It made exploring so easy! The hotel itself was beautiful, with cozy sofas and cushions that created a lovely ambience. We can only imagine how cozy it must be in the winter with a fire going. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who remembered us and thanked us again. The food was consistently high quality, both at breakfast and dinner, and the staff was very helpful. They even got the TV feed for a game and prepared a nice spread for us. we had a wonderful experience here.

The only downside is that they could improve the room size a bit, especially for families. However, we still highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is truly unique and full of character, unlike any other corporate hotel I've stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the center of town but still quiet and peaceful. The views from my room were breathtaking, with a balcony overlooking the town and the mesmerizing Matterhorn. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a large bath tub. Had a lovely Christmas stay at a hotel in Zermatt. the staff were superb and very friendly. the location was great, just a short distance from the train station. the room was excellent, with a comfy bed and a fabulous en-suite facility. And the breakfast provided was fantastic. Loved everything about this hotel!

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. one of the waiters during our dinner was quite rude and not service-oriented.
