The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast options were amazing, with a variety of delicious food including quiche, hard-boiled eggs, scones, fresh fruit, and incredible coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for us, as it was close to both Salem and Boston.

The Inn had a superlative and welcoming host, Jeffrey. Suite #6 provided luxury. Great combination of contemporary and traditional décor. Excellent breakfast and snacks available all day. Lovely garden and easy parking.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to Marblehead parks and very close to Salem as well. It's also within walking distance to downtown and the bay, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a beautiful fountain, providing a pleasant view.

One thing that I found disappointing was the intermittent and slow WiFi connection. It can be frustrating when you're trying to stay connected and the internet is unreliable.

I loved the cozy and adorable room, it was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was clean and the setup was great. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and locally made pastries. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I can't wait to come back again!

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a great area just outside of downtown. The location is perfect, with easy access to the nice sites near Marblehead and other areas of Cape Ann. The staff here are exceptional, offering top-notch service and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a patio to enjoy the fresh air. In addition, breakfast is included and features delicious local cheeses.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and unique experience at The Hotel Marblehead. It felt like staying at a friend's house. Our room, Room 10, on the third floor, was clean and homey. The fresh, light paint and linens added a touch of freshness, and the marble countered kitchenette with a coffee machine and minifridge was a convenient addition. We appreciated the attention to detail with nice toiletries and pops of patterns in the upholstery and throw pillows. The hotel itself, an historic, 3-story Victorian building, had a charming atmosphere with a mix of modern and vintage decor. The first floor common areas were particularly charming, and we enjoyed the refreshments available throughout the day, including wine in the back Library.

This hotel is an amazing find! The attention to detail makes you feel like you're staying in a luxury hotel, but at a fraction of the cost. The location is perfect for visiting the Marblehead parks or heading over to Salem or downtown Marblehead. The rooms are cozy and clean, and some even offer a patio. Breakfast with local cheeses included is a great touch!
