Our stay at Best Western was a great value for the money with spacious and clean rooms. The location was safe and convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

the breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of freshly prepared dishes. One particular dish, which I can't recall the name of, was exceptional, straight out of the oven. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure the best service possible. They even gave us a bag of goodies at check-in, including water, pretzels, and a snack bar, which came in handy during our road trip. the room was clean and had everything we needed. it was a great start to our trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the staff were all excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the staff took pride in their jobs. They even gave us a bag of goodies upon check-in. The location was convenient and easy to find from the I-5 exit. this hotel provided the best experience in the Olympia-Tumwater area.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very low. the heating in the room was difficult to adjust and there were trucks idling outside the room early in the morning.

The location of this hotel was ideal for us as it was conveniently situated near restaurants, freeway access, grocery stores, and gas stations. We found it a bit difficult to find during the night, but overall it was very convenient. The staff here were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the attention to detail in providing amenities like a roll-in shower and options for dairy-free and gluten-free breakfast items.

The free wireless internet was a great perk. The hotel provided appetizers in the evening and a delicious hot breakfast with fresh pastries in the morning. A full hot breakfast with a rotating menu, a fitness center for burning off those breakfast calories, and beautiful natural beauty nearby. Perfect stay for an active and well-fed posh lady like myself.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Best Western went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the room was clean and comfortable, with a roll-in shower that was a great help for our needs. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. the breakfast spread looked amazing, although the dining area was a bit crowded. the highlight was the friendly and accommodating staff, particularly Kyle, who made sure we had a wonderful stay. We also appreciated the ice water and tea station in the lobby.

Within walking distance of a cute downtown and a short distance from the freeway, it has easy access to everything you want or need. The rooms and bathrooms are well-equipped, clean, and maintain a quiet environment. The staff team is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a lot of selections, including fresh spinach and red bell pepper in the eggs.

The hotel does not provide elevators, making it difficult for visitors with mobility problems.
