We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on the riverfront was perfect, with beautiful views right outside our window. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was luxurious, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the built-in shelves and makeup mirror in the bathroom - it was so convenient! We also loved the event center on the top floor, with its breathtaking views and veranda. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay, with a convenient lobby, bar, and courtyard for friends and family to visit. The comfortable beds and spacious work area were great for both relaxation and productivity. Additionally, the quick and efficient elevators made getting around the hotel a breeze.

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor downsides. The bathroom's sliding door and lack of a sliding door for the shower resulted in some water splashing onto the floor.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the general manager, Dave, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The event center on the top floor was absolutely stunning with its floor-to-ceiling windows and veranda overlooking the river. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities and superb service.

The main issue we encountered was the lack of counter space in the bathroom. The glass wall on the shower did not close completely, causing water to pool outside the tub after each shower.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The sliding door did not provide much cover, and even with the bathroom door closed, people passing by could still see inside.
