Our stay at Nishimuraya was unforgettable! We splurged on a room with a private outside bath and it was worth every penny. The room was spacious and had various spaces to relax in. Having breakfast served in our room was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The garden views from the main building were breathtaking. We can't wait to go back!

I had the most incredible dining experience at Nishimuraya Honkan. The Matsuba-gani was in season and the Crab Kaiseki Course Dinner was absolutely unforgettable. The top-quality ingredients and flavors were worth every penny. The food alone is worth a visit to this ryokan.

Spent Easter at a traditional Japanese ryokan and it was a unique experience. Loved the private hot springs bath exclusively for the hotel guests and the beautiful Japanese garden. The Kaiseki dinners were an absolute highlight: fresh seafood, grilled meats and unique local specialties. enjoyed the local area, with its scenic landscapes and quaint villages.

The room facilities are a bit outdated and the bathroom could have used some heating. It was quite chilly in there on a cold spring morning.

Authentic ryokan experience with attention to detail, including yukata and wooden sandals. Exquisite 7-8 course kaiseki dinner is a must. Relaxing onsens, especially the outdoor one. Charming and serene town with beautiful gardens. Outstanding staff hospitality, even accommodating late arrivals.

The spa center and garden area are beautifully designed and provide a tranquil atmosphere. The personalized service at this hotel is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill any needs.

The only minor issue was the limited room space for luggage. However, the beautiful and spacious facilities, as well as the exclusive amenities, outweighed this small negative aspect.
