The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of four. We especially liked the partitioned design, which allowed us to have separate areas for hanging out and resting without being disturbed. the bathroom setup was also very convenient, with a separate water closet and shower room. Additionally, the breakfast offered more than the standard hotel options, with dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips.

The front desk staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills. They were not very friendly or engaging, and we were never acknowledged by staff members when coming and going from the hotel.

It was also near all kinds of shopping places and good restaurants, which made it convenient for me to explore the area. Secondly, the service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me and my boys, along with our dog, feel welcome and taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms were perfect for our needs, and the rooms themselves were comfortable, clean, and very well laid out. Lastly, breakfast was excellent. It went beyond the usual complimentary continental breakfast, offering more variety and options to choose from.

The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was important during the hot summer days. The breakfast selection was great and the area was clean. The hotel also had a good wifi connection. Despite a few minor issues like the coffee supplies missing a stirrer and the occasional dodgy wifi, it did not impact my stay significantly. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I had a perfect stay at Springhill Suites and would choose to stay here again in the future.
