As longer term business travelers, we loved the helpful staff, cool rooms, pool areas, and accompanying bars. The location was perfect for accessing what Honolulu has to offer.

I stayed at The Modern for three weeks and it was perfect for exploring Waikiki and shopping at Ala Moana. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities were great, and the swimming pools were amazing. The hotel's chic yet casual vibe, elegant decor, and delicious food made for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and pubs. a great experience!

Great views, pools, and grounds. Fish tacos at the restaurant were very good. Easy access to Kahanamoku beach for swimming and spotting turtles. Close to stores at Ala Moana. The hotel has a fresh and clean design with comfortable beds and a well-designed bathroom. The pool facilities are great and there are plenty of healthy menu options.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was solid. The room was clean and comfy, with a bonus of a great view of the yachts from the balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff treated us like VIPs the whole time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Honolulu. The rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the adults' pool and gym, were beautiful and well-maintained. The location was very convenient, with a 5-10 minute walk to the Ala Moana shopping center and a nice view of the harbor. we enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at The Modern for a short trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were stylish and had a nice view of the beach. The bathroom was spacious and filled with nice amenities. The service was top-notch, with welcome drinks and champagne delivered to our room. The pool was amazing and always had available seating. We loved the frozen treats that were served throughout the day. we had a great time and would definitely book again if we return.

Clean, modern hotel near Hilton Hawaiian Village. Upgraded room with good AC, comfy bed, and lagoon balcony. Lovely pool, restaurant, fitness, and spa amenities. Convenient location near Waikiki, with good Wi-Fi and parking. Beautiful sunset and nice guest appreciation event.

The hotel had a beautiful design and the service was top-notch. The cocktails at the bar were delicious and the live music added a nice touch to our evenings. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

The presence of sunscreen residue was off-putting, especially in the afternoon. Additionally, there was a strike happening during our stay, which affected the pool experience and created a loud and distracting environment.

The hotel offers a great value for money with attention to detail in rooms and lovely bathroom amenities. Breakfast comes with nice options and the coffee is delicious.
