All was good.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the harbor and ferry. The triple room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of choices and a good amount of time to enjoy it. We appreciated the helpful host who gave us tips on catching the ferry and avoiding long lines. we had a great experience.

The value for money at Akkeri Guesthouse was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything but still quiet. The staff treated us wonderfully, with a kind and knowledgeable owner/manager.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a few more hot items like eggs or bacon.

Almost perfect! Just one small gripe - I would have preferred the coffee to be brewed a bit stronger. ☕ However, this minor inconvenience didn't detract from an otherwise fantastic stay.

The proprietor was friendly and knowledgeable about the area's history. And the breakfast spread, with fresh-baked goodies, yogurt, fruit, and charcuterie.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing little guesthouse. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the port and the three restaurants in the area. We even discovered that it was just 100m away from the spot where the helicopter scene from the Walter Mitty movie was filmed. The guesthouse itself was modern and beautifully renovated, and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was fair, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the nice terrace. The beauty of the town and the surrounding Snaefellsness peninsula has convinced us that we will definitely be coming back here!

the house itself had a traditional and homey feel, making it a cozy place to relax. While the room was small, it was clean and had comfortable beds. the bathroom, though small, had good shower pressure and heat. the owner was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful suggestions for exploring the West Fjordlands. the breakfast included a variety of options like pancakes, bread, cold cuts, fruit, and dairy products.
