I stayed at the Muse Hotel as a transit during my travel, and the convenience of hotel bikes available seasonally for all guests to enjoy was a great perk. The location in Midtown New York allowed easy access to nearby attractions, making it perfect for a short stay.

The description stated there would be a fully stocked minibar, but it was not available in the room.

Recently stayed at The Muse for a weekend getaway with friends. The hotel's location was perfect, with attractions and subway stations within walking distance. Despite being close to Times Square, the room was surprisingly quiet. It was spacious enough for the four of us, with comfortable beds and a clean environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate. The newly refurbished room had an excellent bathroom with a separate shower. We also appreciated the happy hour with free drinks and a good breakfast menu. The hotel even provided the NY Times in the lobby, even on Sundays. And as promised, they truly are pet friendly!

It was a great stay in a fantastic location, close to all the famous landmarks, theaters, and restaurants of midtown. The room was spacious and clean with all the basic amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious Executive 2 Queen bed room that comfortably accommodated all four of us. The staff were friendly and attentive, promptly addressing all our requests. The rain head shower in the room was a highlight, making it difficult to leave on our departure day. We appreciated the water refill station and clean bathrooms in the lobby. The hotel's location was ideal, close enough to Times Square for convenience but far enough away for a peaceful and quiet stay. And even though the hotel didn't have a restaurant, there were plenty of amazing dining options within a 5-minute walk.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Times Square and close to multiple subway lines. The staff here are friendly and always happy to help with any questions I had. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved that they had a dining area and a patio in the room, and the in-room air conditioning was a nice touch. The shower in the bathroom was absolutely amazing, with two shower heads and fantastic water pressure. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The service at the reception desk could have been more engaged in making my stay even better, but they were still helpful and accommodating. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us, with a short walk to multiple subway lines in the pathway to any activity you would want to do. The service was great with dry cleaning, laundry, room amenities, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The staff at the reception desk sent it to our room with great service at our every request. We also loved the leisure entertainment, leisure/tv room or facilities, the luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, laundry.

The service could have been more engaged in making the stay better for the guest, but we still highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.
